Q:	What are DS Loyalty Rewards?
A:	The DS Loyalty Reward program offers DomainSponsor publishers a year-end cash reward for maintaining a consistent level of parked names throughout the year. It's our way of saying thanks for keeping your business with us.
Q:	How do I qualify for the DS Loyalty Reward?
A:	DomainSponsor calculates a benchmark against which your actual average number of parked active names will be measured throughout the year. If you were a client at the end of 2007, your benchmark is equal to the average names parked during December, 2007. If you join DomainSponsor in 2008, your benchmark is equal to the average names parked in your first calendar month. o Note: You must establish a DS account with traffic by May 31, 2008 to qualify for 2008 DS Loyalty Rewards. At the end of each month we'll calculate the average daily number of active names you have parked with DomainSponsor. Then, at the end of each quarter, we'll use each month's average to calculate a 3-month quarterly average. As long as each quarter's average stays above 90% of your benchmark, you'll qualify for the year-end DS Loyalty Reward payout.
Q:	How is the year-end DS Loyalty Reward cash payout calculated?
A:	As long as you have met the qualification criteria, your year-end DS Loyalty Reward payout will equal 10% of your average monthly commissions from December 1, 2007 through November 30, 2008. Since the reward calculation is based on average monthly commissions, the more traffic you bring to DomainSponsor, the more your DS Loyalty Reward payout will be.
Q:	When will I receive the cash reward payout?
A:	The 2008 DS Loyalty Rewards will be paid out in December, 2008
Q:	Are there any minimums or maximums?
A:	No. Publishers of all sizes are eligible to receive the year-end DS Loyalty Reward, as long as they have met the qualification criteria. In addition, there are no minimums or maximums associated with the cash payout.
Q:	How are DS Loyalty Rewards different from DomainDollars™?
A:	The DS Loyalty Reward program offers DomainSponsor publishers an annual year-end cash payout as long as they maintain a consistent level of parked names over an extended period of time. On the other hand, DomainDollars™ is a Quarter 1 promotion designed to encourage DomainSponsor publishers to experience the convenience and benefits of one-stop-shopping within the Oversee.net family of businesses. To accomplish this goal, it provides publishers with a monthly allocation of DomainDollars™ based on net commissions that can be transferred to a Moniker or SnapNames account and used like cash to offset the cost of a purchase.
